Sea water pizza: a way to enjoy a pizza with less salt and more nutrients

Introduction: Sea water consists of water (96.5%), minerals (2.5%), including magnesium, potassium and iodine and small amounts of other substances. Minerals lend a good palatability to foods, favoring the use of a smaller quantity of salt, abundant for example in the traditional Neapolitan pizza dough, which could thus be suitable also for people on a low-salt diet.
