Processing of nutritional surveillance data in residential health care facilities in the ASL TO5 territory for the years 2015-2018.

Introduction: The importance of nutritional status and lifestyles for the population is one of the activities carried out by the Food Hygiene and Nutrition Unit in the context of health promotion and prevention actions for sensitive categories. The Food Hygiene and Nutrition Unit of Local Health Authority n. 5 in Turin elaborated the data related to the surveillance carried out, between 2015 and 2018, at the care homes for the elderly.
