Objectives: French National Authority for Health (HAS) was created in 2005. Its missions include health technology assessment (HTA) and clinical practice guidelines development, health economic studies, practitioners certification, healthcare organizations accreditation and consumer information on quality of care. Patient engagement culture greatly varies according to HAS departments. The objective is to highlight, how the institution built over time a patient engagement strategy.
