120UNDERESTIMATION OF FRAILTY USING THE 7-POINT CLINICAL FRAILTY SCALE: AN EVALUATION OF GERIATRIC REGISTRAR SCORING ACCURACY

Background: Frailty scoring is being increasingly applied in both clinical practice and research settings. Although many scores exist, the 7-point Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) is commonly used due to its relative simplicity. We sought to assess the accuracy of frailty scoring by geriatric medicine registrars using the CFS and to evaluate whether scoring accuracy varied by training grade.
